Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Cup Operator to maintain operation of paper cup machines, perform routine maintenance, and ensure quality throughout shifts. The role requires following safety standards and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position offers a retention bonus for new hires, with starting pay around $21.47 per hour and progression to $22.05, plus $1.15 per hour night-shift differential. Benefits and overtime may apply per company policy.

• Basic mechanical background and skill to perform technical tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Must be self-motivated, and able to work well with all levels of personnel.

Mansioni

• Maintain operation of paper cup machines producing paper cups.
• Clean machines and surroundings; load blanks on to finishers.
• Operate finishers and adjust equipment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform quality checks on product and report issues.
• Complete shut-down and start-up procedures; document make ready info.
