Job summary

Bright Machines is hiring an Automated Assembly Operator in Florence, KY to support automated server assembly lines. You will work where automation meets hands-on tasks, loading materials, monitoring systems, and ensuring quality against Bright Machines’ standards.

You will handle basic troubleshooting, document defects, and participate in routine maintenance. A high school diploma and experience in automated manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in automated manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with robotics-assisted production lines is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and digital work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated assembly systems, including robotics and conveyors.
• Load and unload components according to work instructions.
• Respond to machine alarms and troubleshoot; escalate when needed.
• Verify programs, setups, tooling, and fixtures before production start.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality.
