Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Associate in Florence, KY to perform basic mechanical assembly, labeling, inspection, and production reporting in a clean, climate-controlled environment. This role requires following detailed instructions, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to all safety and security procedures while working under direct supervision.

• Reads and follows detailed written or verbal instructions.

• Inspects assemblies for defects and documents findings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies per SOPs.
• Label products and use visual aids per procedures.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and defects.
• Record production output and work status.
• Operate scanners for tracking materials and orders.
• Maintain safety and security procedures in the work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and line managers on production needs.
