Job summary

Shearer's Foods is seeking a Robotic Operator for the Blue Nights shift (7PM–7AM) in Ohio. The role involves monitoring a robotic palletizing system, ensuring correct stacking, and wrapping pallets with the Lantech Wrapper. Safety and GMP compliance are essential.

Hourly rate is $21.01–$24.01 with a $3 shift differential. Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to work indoors in a warm environment are required. Training is provided for equipment and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate processing/packaging equipment safely.
• Ability to work with readily available production schedules.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle pallets.
• Basic computer skills and program interface familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain robotic palletizing system during production.
• Ensure cases are stacked correctly by SKU and line.
• Wrap full pallets with the Lantech Wrapper and index them.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work area; perform basic maintenance.
• Communicate with Maintenance, Warehouse and Production in real time.
