Job summary

Shearer's Foods in Massillon, OH, is seeking a ROBOT PALLETIZER OPERATOR for the BLUE NIGHTS 7PM TO 7AM shift. The role monitors, manages and maintains the Robotic Palletizing System during continuous production, adhering to safety policies and GMP requirements, and coordinating with Maintenance, Warehouse and Production teams.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic reading of schedules, and computer skills for HDMI interfaces and line readouts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Food-related background preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety policies and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust and maintain the robotic palletizing system.
• Stack cases per SKU and line; ensure pallets are not mixed.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped and tagged correctly.
• Communicate with Maintenance, Warehouse and Production in real time.
• Follow LOTO, PPE and sanitation requirements; maintain clean areas.
