Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time HOV Highway Maintenance Technician for Night Shift in the Arlington/Grand Prairie, TX area. The role involves performing highway maintenance tasks, debris removal, and repairs to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Night hours run from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM with potential weekend shifts during snow and ice events. Required are 2+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and concrete or roadway maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Roadway maintenance experience.
• Concrete forming/repair experience.
• Operator experience with heavy machinery such as wheel loaders, skidsteers, forklifts, and asphalt rollers.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance operations in Arlington/Grand Prairie, TX area.
• Debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, concrete repair as needed.
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Night shift availability, with potential weekend work during snow/ice events.
