Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking an RN Unit Supervisor for the Adolescent Psychiatry Unit on the night shift. The role is a full-time position with a 3 x 12-hour schedule (7:00 pm – 7:30 am).

The supervisor leads the front-line team, promotes best practices, and emphasizes patient safety and care quality. The RN-unit supervisor collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, supports shared governance, and drives continuous improvement while focusing on delivering exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or completed.
