Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Complete revised Charge Nurse workshop within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline operations and ensure reliable quality and patient safety on the unit.
• Support unit-based shared governance and decentralized decision making.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
