Qualifications

• BSN is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as charge nurse/staffing coordinator as needed.
• Perform audits, staff scheduling, patient experience initiatives, and committee work.
• Care for post-surgical patients on a 25-bed unit and coordinate care with surgical teams.
