Responsibilities

• Unit Coordinators demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provide clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care.
• Under the direction of the department manager, lead safety and quality initiatives, focus on workflow, and contribute to staff development.
• Increase staff satisfaction and promote excellent customer service.
