MultiCare Health System in Spokane, WA is seeking a Staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This 0.9 FTE night-shift position offers the opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute to high-quality patient care.

You will deliver nursing care, prioritize and delegate tasks, collaborate with colleagues to improve outcomes, and support professional development within a supportive, values-driven culture at Deaconess Hospital.

Formación

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility or department
• Specialty certification preferred
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Utilize the nursing knowledge to deliver care per hospital policies, procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity and health of patients from diverse backgrounds
