Job summary

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a night shift team. This 0.9 FTE position features alternating weekend availability and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

You will provide basic care activities, support diverse patient needs, and advocate for dignity and autonomy while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA license.
• Current BLS Certification
• One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients
• Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
