Job summary

Navos, part of MultiCare’s Behavioral Health Network, is seeking a staff RN for a hospital-based role with a 0.9 FTE on a night schedule (19:00–07:30). The position focuses on organized patient care, nursing knowledge, and multidisciplinary collaboration, with opportunities to grow professionally and contribute to quality and safety.

The role requires a WA RN license, BLS, and an advanced degree preferred, with prior acute care experience appreciated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education completed within five years of hire.
• Current RN license in Washington or multi-state endorsement.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required by department.
• One year acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
