Job summary

Navos Behavioral Health, part of MultiCare Health System, seeks a Staff RN to join its hospital-based team on nights. This role uses your nursing knowledge in a multidisciplinary setting to deliver skilled care and drive outcomes.

You will participate in patient assessments, care planning, and collaborative decision-making with providers and families. The position requires a BSN (or progress toward it), WA RN licensure, and current BLS with preferred ACLS/NALS/PALS depending on department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required or obtained within five years from hire date.
• Advanced Nursing degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or related certifications as required by facility or department.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating ongoingly.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff and the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
