Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year related RN experience in selected specialty.
• Registered Nurse with current license; BLS and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Complete assessments and individualized care plans.
• Provide patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Document according to unit policies and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient needs.
