Job summary

Qualifications

• Has completed basic professional curricula of a nursing school and holds/entitled to hold a diploma or degree
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license; BLS and ACLS preferred
• 1 year related experience in selected specialty
• Working knowledge of disease state management processes and clinical pathways

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process in caring for assigned patients.
• Completes assessment and individualizes plan of care within unit guidelines.
• Carries out nursing care with consideration for cultural and psychosocial factors and ages of patients.
• Documents steps of the nursing process and communicates effectively with team.
