Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (Internal Traveler) for a 13-week contract. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care following the nursing process and hospital policies.

This role requires a current Oklahoma RN license and BLS/ACLS preferred, with at least 1 year in the specialty and relief charge nurse experience preferred. Shifts are 7:00am–7:00pm, weekends rotated; compensation is $55.00 per hour with limited benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in the specialty.
• BLS and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process in caring for assigned patients.
• Completes assessment and individualizes plan of care within unit guidelines.
• Documents steps of the nursing process/care on the record.
• Carries out nursing care with attention to cultural and psychosocial factors.
