Job summary

Advocate Health’s Milwaukee-based 8C Abdominal Transplant unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. The role is full-time night shift (1900-0700), 0.9 FTE, with rotating weekends and holidays, on a 36-hour work week.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care and coordinate patient transitions across the continuum, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license (state) is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
