Job summary

Advocate Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 8C The Abdominal Transplant unit night shift. Newly licensed nurses welcome; experienced nurses encouraged to apply.

36 hours per week, nights 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three days per week with every third weekend and rotating holidays. The role focuses on coordinating care using nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care, and working within a team to provide the best patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver evidence-based care and a positive patient experience.
• Lead efforts to maintain a safe patient environment across shifts.
