Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Virtual Nurse Observation (VNO). This full-time role (36 hours/week) includes night shifts (7p–7a) with weekend requirements every 3rd weekend. Provides professional nursing care under supervision, maintaining safety and clinical competency per policies and protocols.

Requires BSN preferred, RN license in the state of work, and BLS. Experience in Med Surg Telemetry or ICU is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support required per policy guidelines.
• Current RN license in the state where you work (or temporary RN Practitioner license as applicable).
• Three years of Med Surg Telemetry experience and/or one year of Progressive Care or ICU experience preferred.
