Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift (7 pm – 7 am) at the North Shore Medical Center in Massachusetts. The RN will manage all aspects of the nursing process and ensure patient- and family-centered care, utilizing multidisciplinary resources to deliver high-quality and cost-effective care.

Required are graduation from an accredited nursing school and MA RN licensure; BLS is required, ACLS preferred, with CPR/PALS/ACLs certifications potentially required depending on

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• BLS required, ACLS Preferred.
• Certifications in CPR, or PALS, ACLS, and BLS may be required upon hire by specific units.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient- and family-centered care.
• The RN has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
