Mass General Brigham - Salem Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage the nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care. This role requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and eligibility to work at night.

The position is 36 hours on the night shift (7p–7a) with alternating weekends and holidays, at 1 Dove Avenue, onsite in Massachusetts. Prior behavioral health experience is preferred but not required for all units.

Qualifikationen

• To perform this job successfully within the scope of nursing, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to demonstrate any knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients serviced in his/her assigned department
• 2 years behavioral health experience (nurse or prior applicable counselor experience) required
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and MA RN licensure required
• Licensed as an RN in the state of Massachusetts and BLS certification required

Aufgaben

• The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care.
• The RN has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.
