Job summary

OrthoIndy is seeking a Registered Nurse Team Lead for the Inpatient Unit in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time night shift role involves managing an inpatient team across two 8-hour and two 12-hour weeknight shifts, with no weekends or holidays and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 2-4 years of related Registered Nurse experience required, 4-6 years of experience preferred.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists Inpatient personnel and coordinates breaks to ensure patient coverage.
• Documents all patient care activities and communicates pertinent information promptly.
• Provides care related to personal hygiene, ADLs, and comfort measures as prescribed by physicians.
