Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Toledo Hospital in a Resource Pool, full-time night shift. You will coordinate each patient’s plan of care with families and the health care team, assessing needs and formulating care plans to improve outcomes.

Working with fellow nurses and support staff, you will implement and evaluate the care plan while promoting patient safety and resident satisfaction within a multi-hospital system in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the patient, families and health care team.
• Assess, formulate nursing diagnosis and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
