Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a RN Nurse Supervisor for the 7p-7a full-time shift with a sign-on bonus. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate after-hours patient care, and ensure quality psychiatric services across units.

As a licensed SC RN, you’ll work with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager to maintain safety, documentation, and high-level clinical oversight in a dynamic hospital environment near Myrtle Beach.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of nursing supervisor experience minimum.
• Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical areas during after-hours.
• Coordinate staffing to align with census and patient acuity under supervision.
• Report issues to DON and Administrator-On-Call and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with admissions regarding after-hours intake and discharges.
