Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital in Conway, SC, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor for the 7:00am–7:30pm day shift. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of psychiatric services.

Required: SC RN license, 2–3 years of supervisor experience; Bachelor's degree preferred; CPI preferred; strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of nursing supervisor experience minimum.
• Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• CPI Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ANA nursing standards and Federal/State guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and supervise staff with strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical areas during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing to align with grids, census and patient acuity.
• Manage patient complaints and liaise with admissions for after-hours cases.
• Oversee all codes and ensure proper documentation.
