Qualifications

• Active RN license in Montana or Compact state.
• Experience as RN in skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to care for residents with integrity and provide flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical processes and staff on night shift.
• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.
• Collaborate with residents, providers, and facility team.
• Record administration of medication.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
