Job summary

Continental Care and Rehab in Butte, MT is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a 100-bed facility. Shifts include Days, Nights, and PRN, with a retention bonus opportunity up to $10,000.

You must be licensed as an RN in Montana or a Compact state and be ready to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include developing care plans, collaborating with physicians and staff, and ensuring medication administration is accurately recorded.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Collaborates with the residents, providers, and members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Days: (6am-6pm)
Nights: (6pm-6am)
PRN: All Shifts

$40-$45 dollars per hour plus Retention Bonus up to $10,000.00
