Qualifications

• Oklahoma or multi‑state RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.

• PALS (within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on designated shift.
• Provide direct operational support for the hospital on a shift basis.
• Act as a clinical resource for staff and as liaison between staff and management.
• Assist administrator in determining staffing needs and identifying campus problems.
• Facilitate communication between manager, staff, patients, physicians and others.
• Interface with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning.
• Delegate appropriate nursing tasks based on patient needs and staff qualifications.
