University Center in Bronx, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift on Friday and Saturday, 11 PM–7 AM. The role involves coordinating nursing staff, ensuring compassionate care, and maintaining accurate documentation in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include supervising resident care, guiding team members, and upholding safety and regulatory standards while fostering collaboration among health care teams.

Competenze

Must hold valid RN license.
Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
Strong and positive Team Director for all staff members.
Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.

Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
Provide support to residents and families to create a compassionate environment.
Answer questions and requests to inform residents and staff.
