University Center in Bronx, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift on Friday and Saturday, 11 PM–7 AM. The role involves coordinating nursing staff, ensuring compassionate care, and maintaining accurate documentation in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include supervising resident care, guiding team members, and upholding safety and regulatory standards while fostering collaboration among health care teams.

Formación

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff members.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provide support to residents and families to create a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests to inform residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to maintain resident confidence.
• Document resident care services accurately.
• Promote cooperation among health care teams.

University Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work the Night Shift on Friday and Saturday in Bronx, NY.
Hours: 11PM-7AM

Duties

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
  

Requirements

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
