Kindred Hospital Rancho is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate patient care for an extended recovery period in Rancho Cucamonga. The role involves planning training for unit staff and participating in guidance and educational programs.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, valid RN license, BLS certification, and 2 years of hospital nursing plus 1–2 years of supervisory experience. On-site role with no travel expected.

Formación

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid state RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates designated nursing staff; assigns duties and coordinates nursing services.
• Develops nursing protocol and procedures.
• Provides continuing education and staff development opportunities.
• Assesses patient needs; participates in providing nursing care; ensures services are carried out and documented appropriately
• Maintains patient health care records.
• Maintains supply inventory records; orders supplies and equipment, as necessary.
