Job summary

National Health Care Associates (National) is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in Connecticut. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care, oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and nursing policy compliance.

The role emphasizes mentorship and adherence to regulatory standards. The position offers full-time hours (3pm-11pm) with no weekend shifts and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.

• Ability to work with aging and chronically ill residents.

Responsibilities
