Job summary
National Health Care Associates is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for a full-time 3pm-11pm shift at our Wethersfield, CT facility. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and ensure residents' health, comfort, and safety.
The role oversees daily operations, staffing, care plans, and regulatory compliance, with mentorship and training for staff. A valid state nursing license and leadership experience in long-term care are preferred. Sign-on bonus offered.
Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
