Job summary

ThriveMore in Brookridge, North Carolina, is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff in a 3rd shift, on-site setting. You will supervise staff, lead care planning, and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

The role requires an active NC nursing license, associates degree, and CPR certification. On-call duties are included, with strong collaboration across physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maintain

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina in good standing.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Conduct regular resident rounds to assess care and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, nutrition support per physician orders.
• Lead development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans with the team.
• Review clinical data and documentation for accuracy; provide corrective action as needed.
• Oversee staff scheduling and assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
