Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Current Kansas state RN license required.
• 2-4 years of nursing experience required; management experience preferred.
• BLS within 1 month; ACLS, PALS, NRP within 6 months; TNCC within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and oversee night-shift operations.
• Assist with staffing coordination and recruitment; monitor performance.
• Participate in policy implementation, infection control, budgeting, and QA activities.
• Provide clinical EMR support and serve as a resource for staff.
