Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The RN will function independently, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, delegate tasks, and act as a clinical resource for new staff.

The position offers relocation assistance and requires an ADN with KS RN licensure. Experience is less than one year but candidates should show solid nursing fundamentals and leadership within the unit.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas (NURSYS).
• ADN or equivalent nursing degree required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates leadership within unit or department.
