The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, and patient safety for the night shift. You will direct night clinical operations, support bedside RNs and CNAs, manage patient care escalations, and liaise with physician owners while upholding regulatory and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical experience with prior charge nurse or leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead night-shift clinical operations, overseeing staffing allocations, patient throughput, and clinical safety.
• Serve as the administrative and clinical point of contact during night hours, supporting bedside RNs and CNAs.
• Manage patient care escalations, liaise with physician owners, and uphold strict care standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, infection control, and facility policies.
