Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus—Labor and Delivery is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead in the Labor and Delivery unit. The role supports 24/7 staffing, with 36 hours per week and a night schedule from 7pm to 7am.

Requirements include a BSN (or in progress), active RN license in North Carolina, BLS, and at least 6 months RN experience. Base compensation aligns with the pay range and may include shift or on-call premiums.

Qualifications

• BSN or enrolled in BSN program.
• RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• At least 6 months of RN experience (not for new graduates).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, leadership to create a safe patient environment and best experience.

Education
