Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery. The RN will provide patient‑centered care, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and support transitions across the continuum.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and previous Labor and Delivery experience; BSN is preferred. Night shift options may be available, with compensation aligned to pay ranges and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Previous Labor and Delivery experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in the applicable state(s).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality and safety, maintain accurate documentation, and support communication and delegation.
