Job summary

Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Scranton, PA is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to join our 3rd shift (11pm–7am) and weekend 7pm–7am rotation. The role involves leading nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

You will supervise daily nursing activities, collaborate with physicians and families, and maintain high standards of patient care in a supportive, teamwork-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in PA with active status.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Proficient in EHR and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper medical management of each resident.
• Liaise between physicians, hospitals, family members and other medical personnel to ensure resident plan of care is followed.
• Make daily resident visits to observe and evaluate residents.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure medications and treatments are administered as ordered.
• Think independently, supervise staff, and work as part of a team.
