Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Transcribe and follow physician orders.
• Order medications and supplies per facility policy.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Review and update care plans and resident profiles.
• Complete required documentation each shift per guidelines.
• Participate in shift-change nursing report for continuity of care.
