The role requires active RN licensure in Michigan, BLS and ACLS certification, and prior supervisory experience.

The position emphasizes coordination with management, policy adherence, and training to maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced Critical Care environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care during the scheduled night shift. Lead nursing staff, manage personnel, operations, and compliance with hospital policies. Coordinate with other managers to ensure smooth daily operations and staff training.
