Advocate Health’s Mountain Laurel unit in Davidson, NC is seeking a skilled RN for 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift schedule. The role focuses on coordinating comprehensive patient care within a multidisciplinary team, delivering safe, patient-centered care and applying trauma-informed practices.

Candidates must have an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license, a BSN, and BLS certification; 2+ years general nursing, with 3+ years in behavioral health preferred.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of practice.
• BSN required; pursuing BSN acceptable with time frame.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience; three years behavioral health preferred.
