Advocate Health's Mountain Laurel unit in Davidson, NC seeks a compassionate RN for a 36-hour week, three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The role requires a BSN and an active RN license in the state of practice, with BLS certification and prior behavioral health experience preferred.

The unit emphasizes trauma‑informed, patient‑centered care in a multidisciplinary setting. Three six‑week cycles require 3 Friday, 3 Saturday, and 3 Sunday night shifts.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of practice.
• BSN required; candidates without BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 1 year of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and improve patient experience.
