The Mountain Laurel unit at Behavioral Health Davidson is seeking a registered nurse for full‑time night shifts (three 12‑hour shifts per week, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). This 22‑bed inpatient unit serves adults with mood disorders and dual diagnoses, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Pay range is $44.15–$66.25 per hour; benefits eligible; Davidson, NC location. RN license in state of practice required; BSN preferred or enrolled within 1 year with completion within 3 years.

Formación

• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BSN required or enrolled within 1 year of hire/transfer and must complete the program within 3 years of enrollment.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred; three years Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care aligned with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to maintain a patient-centered environment and strong communication across the care team.
