Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license or compact-state RN license.
• ACLS certification preferred; ACLS required within 120 days.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.
• Stroke CEU hours 8 per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic and ongoing assessments of physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions and evaluate effectiveness.
• Adjust care plan in a timely manner to provide safe and effective care.
