Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of employment within the United States.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work night shifts and manage the physical demands of nursing care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs during the night shift.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care activities in patient records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with hospital policies.
