Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Wisconsin)
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and monitoring of individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient care journeys with detail and communicate updates to the team.
• Coordinate clinical disciplines for a cohesive patient experience from admission to discharge.
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly to ensure safety and adherence.
