Job summary

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Baraboo is seeking a dedicated RN for the Stepdown/ICU to deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity setting. The shift is 7p-7a, every 3rd weekend, requiring strong teamwork and clinical judgment.

You will coordinate with an interprofessional team to plan, implement and evaluate care while adhering to evidence-based practices and safety standards. An RN license in Wisconsin is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• RN licensure in Wisconsin or compact state is required.
• BLS HCP and ALS/ENPC/NRP/PALS/TNCC or equivalent could be needed depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Obtains comprehensive data from patients and families to form a holistic view.
• Analyzes data to determine diagnoses and care needs.
• Develops and implements care plans with patient, family and interprofessional team.
• Ensures safe environment and coordinates care with team.
• Evaluates progress toward goals and supports continuous improvement.
